Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Video Proof Requirement

To help us verify claims and provide a fair resolution, customers are required to record an uninterrupted unboxing video while opening their package.

For claims related to:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items received

The unboxing video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The shipping label on the package

  • The complete unboxing process without cuts, pauses, or edits

  • The condition of the product immediately after opening

Claims regarding damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

The unboxing video and claim details must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the required unboxing video, clear photos, and your order details. We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • The refund may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect product was delivered.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, damaged, or missing product).

  • Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation
